Initiate Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all REALISM© authenticity tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
